Hot Cross Buns (CIR George Goonan)
These are the sorts of buns that we in Australia eat over Easter. There are a variety of flavours, and for a sweet tooth like me, these chocolate-filled hot cross buns certainly look appetising. Even so, my number one recommendation isn’t chocolate-filled, but rather Spiced Fruit Hot Cross Buns! Just thinking about them gets my mouth watering! I’m so glad we brought this tradition along with us from England!
